Yea, that's what I mean. I was asking about getting a JP nickname section because adding the kanji/katakana to the ordinary nickname section could make the infoboxes look a bit unwieldy.

Yea, that's what I mean. I was asking about getting a JP nickname section because adding the kanji/katakana to the ordinary nickname section could make the infoboxes look a bit unwieldy.

Also, not the page names themselves, basically, for a better example of what I mean (I'm generally not very coherent with explanations at times), it's like the Megaman wiki. We'd have the dub name and then in the intro paragraph their Japanese name and title.

And then for titles/abilities that don't have the same kanji meaning like how Jota/Iota's Septima/Sevens ability is Lightspeed (残光(ライトスピード), Raitosupīdo) but the kanji translates as afterglow, in the trivia section we could make a site note saying something along the lines of

  • "In the Japanese version, the kanji for "Lightspeed" effectively translates to "Afterglow"."

Alternatively, we could write abilities like Lightspeed (残光(ライトスピード), Raitosupīdo; literally Afterglow) and remove the need to add it to trivia altogether.
