Hey, I've taken some time and read that there was a problem with the name "JAP" being used in the character infoboxes and have fixed it.
Instead of one section to the japanese name, it's now using separate ones entitled "kanji" and "romaji" for use, still need to tweak a bit but it's completely useable for now so wanted to confirm if that's how you want it or if there's anything left.
So I noticed that on all pages of ASG1's bosses you can see all the attacks' damage outputs. Should I add the second game's damage outputs? Just asking since I don't know how long that could take me and there could be damage outputs in some pages but not in others.
Life came up and after one thing and another (which I'd rather not randomly talk about in a MW) I've had to come offline from the Wikia and only found time to send this now.
Great to see how this wikia has and is improving in my absence, and I truly thank you and the newbies for this, and since you're still active, I have promoted you to Bureaucrat! Hope you find the best ways to use this new role.
If you need anything, just hit me up. Will try to edit once I'm available next time.
Welcome to the wiki, and thanks for everything you've done recently. This actually isn't the first time we've met, though. You may know me as "James Makepeace" on Twitter. Once again, thanks for showing up on the wiki. Your contributions are appreciated.
Hello, I was told by BeoBlade to come ask you about this - but do you have a link/access to the cut conversations (both Joule chats and the stage dialogue) in the very first game? I've found some of the latter on pastebin but that's about it. I want to check if the translation of the Muse's mechanics having something to do with "electrons" just like the Azure Striker does is correct or not, cuz aside from what's on Dengeki I can't find much about it in-game and on the web.
Sup. If you're looking for cut game content directly translated from the original Japanese version, then check out this. It holds most of the GV/Joule conversations, and several cut stage dialogues, though not all. I myself do not have assess to the original Japanese version, so direct translations, along with my rather limited knowledge of the language, are what I generally use.
By the way, nice work on all your recent edits. Give yourself a pat on the back.
Both that Summer Wallpaper and that "Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 is now available" shouldn't be in here, Inti Creates already said they dont want those pictures outside their website. I'm pretty sure I put the reason as "Copyright Violation" on both pictures when I deleted them.
Before I take any decisions, I'd like to know why you restored them?
Thanks. By the way, there's something I've wanted to talk to you about. Given that the Japanese voice acting and revised dialogue has been brought to the digital 3DS version (in America at least....), that makes the in-game dialogue that we have here "outdated". So I was thinking that we could replace that with character quotes from the revised script. This would be easier if we're wanting the G7's pages to look more like the other bosses.
Hayo, Ai! Here I am, still not being able to completely help the Wikia, and again I thank you for what you are currently doing. Anyway, about our discussion regarding spoilers.
I know the game is going to be released soon enough, but now it got me thinking about the community who have already played the game. Most new users posted lots of spoilers whatsoever, and even though we are the English database, the english version of Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 is only going to be a translated version (and following the first game, with a few cuts, but not any huge story damage). Do you remember the latest spoilers you deleted about Zonda? I really don't think Inti Creates would change something that drastic.
It wouldn't be a problem waiting for the game, but it's quite of obvious that we are short or less putting chaings on the new members who have played the game. Maybe we should not remove the rule, but to change it to allow people to add Spoilers as long as there's a discussion as of how the Spoiler could be applied?
Attack on Titan Wiki, as far as I remember also had this issue, they just put a Spoiler warning that covered the page with a blur, depending on the case, that would be the best idea. The same way there are people who didn't played the second game, following the logic, there are also people who didn't played the first and is waiting for the Striker Pack.
Of course, I'd really like to hear your opinion before anything, so hit me up once you get available.
Perhaps you are correct. Inti is unlikely to have any major story changes, especially since they are including Japanese voice acting, which does limit exactly how much they can change the script. If you could say, give an example of how a discussion on how to apply spoilers would possibly go, then I have no problem with modifying the rule.
Plus I've already been spoiled about certain aspects, so yeah.......
Q: Can we write whether the G7 team dies? A: Since it was pretty obvious they would pass away after their battle against GV and Copen, I don't see why not.
Q: Can we merge Mysterious Girl's page With Zonda's? A:The oficial website never mentioned such a thing, even though it's going to happen, we can't allow it here since there are people who still didn't played it.
